Curious · Generalist

I think about efficiency, compounding, and the mental models that connect them.

I’m a curious generalist who chases a lot of ideas and fails on most of them until one sticks. The ones that have stuck so far: I broker commercial real estate at Anzar Group, I’m building YardScout for the industrial outdoor storage market, and I write The Checklist Compounder — a Substack on microcap investing and special situations. The thread across all three is iteration: pattern recognition, refining the checklist, looking for the next inefficient corner. I write about it when an idea is worth writing, not on a schedule.

Brokerage at Anzar Group / eXp Commercial

Retail and industrial deals across Canada. Teaches me about how physical assets really change hands.

Building YardScout

The marketplace for industrial outdoor storage. The thing I’m trying to make real, one tenant and one listing at a time.
